Ordering
- To ensure quality, our food is purchased fresh daily according to orders and as such all orders must be placed before 10h00 every morning.
- Payments will be processed on confirmation of order either by cash or electronic transfer.
- All payments will be cleared before delivery takes place.
Delivery
- Delivery will take place between 16h00 and 18h00. Please make a note on your order form what time we should deliver.
- In the event where a delivery failed (i.e no one home), that meal will have to be collected from our kitchen.
- Delivery will only take place in Kempton Park and immediate surroundings until further notice.
General
- Meals will be delivered to specified address in microwave safe containers.
- Regrettably we cannot cancel or refund a meal. Meals ordered will be delivered and can be refrigerated.
- Special care is taken to ensure all meals are prepared with nutritionally balanced quality food in a hygienic cooking environment.
